Year End Awards

Every year at the end of our show season, we gear up for the next big WMAHA horse event---the awards banquet. All the standings for our ACS (Community Show) events are re-checked for accuracy, and prizes are then ordered. Invitations to winners are mailed out in December, along with posting a general invitation on our website and emailing the WMAHA membership. Then we cross our fingers and hope the second Sunday in January will not be a blizzard!

It is always great to see our “horsey” friends again and catch up during the social hour and buffet meal. Then it’s on to the main event---presentation of awards. From engraved champion cups to customized hoodies listing your wins, to stall bags, groom totes and bridle bags emblazoned with “champion”, you can bring home some terrific prizes! Family and friends share in the exciting experiences from a first time award to the grand champion of it all.
