David Rinehart Youth Memorial Trophy
Dave is missed, but not forgotten, through the yearly presentation of this award.
The David Rinehart memorial trophy is presented to the Region 13 youth who best exhibits the true sportsmanship and camaraderie which so aptly described Dave.
Guidelines to Apply
To apply for the David Rinehart Youth Memorial Trophy, please print out and complete the questionnaire (see below), and keep these guidelines and rules in mind:
The questionnaire must be completed in ink or type written. If you hand write your questionnaire, please make sure it is legible.
- If you need more room, attach separate sheets of paper to this form.
- The entry deadline is May 1st. No exceptions.
- Mail your entry to: Doreen Andersen, 4346 Fillmore St., Jenison, MI 49428.
- You must be in attendance at the Region 13 Championship Show to be eligible.
- Presentation of the award will be at the beginning of Saturday night’s session.
